Welcome to Clark County Legal Services - Providing Free Legal Aid for Clark County since 1958

Clark County Legal Services (CCLS) is a private, non-profit (501 (c) (3)) corporation which is a charitable organization dedicated to providing free community legal services to those in need. (Your financial contribution may be tax deductible.) We have been providing Free Legal Aid for Clark County's low income residents since 1958.

Eligibility for our services is based on household income and number of people living in the client's household. Click Guidelines to see our client income eligibility chart.

Types of legal matters handled by CCLS include helping victims of consumer fraud scams; public and private housing violations; Special Education issues; those denied access in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act; restoration of Social Security Benefits; assisting with legal issues for people suffering from HIV/AIDS; and Children's Attorney Project, which provides representation of abused and neglected children who are in foster placements or are wards of the state.
