Free Classes: Custody/Paternity

Clark County Legal Services now offers a FREE class about your rights regarding Custody and Paternity.

The class part of the joint partnership with the UNLV/Boyd School of Law and will be taught by law students. There will also be a licensed attorney at the class to help explain your rights. Each class provides a packet of materials and forms for you to use in your case.

If you are seeking the service of the Pro Bono Project to have your case placed with a private attorney, you must first attend this class and then complete a Pro Bono Intake/request for service at the end of the class.
