Pro Bono Project: Attorneys: Malpractice Insurance

Clark County Legal Services and the Clark County Pro Bono Project carry malpractice insurance for lawyers taking cases through our office. The malpractice insurance provides coverage for lawyers with no malpractice insurance and it serves as the primary carrier for lawyers with their own coverage. This coverage is through the NLADA (National Legal Aid and Defender Association) CNA Insurance. The Clark County Pro Bono Project has never filed a claim for assistance with the malpractice carrier on behalf of any attorney who has taken a pro bono case.
