Disclaimers:  Nevada Supreme Court Opinions are not available on the internet for free at this time.  Statutes, regulations, some Attorney Generals Opinions and some municipal laws are free on the internet; case law is not.  The "for free" materials are mostly recent publications.  The oldest document in this list is only six years old.  Even with the best computer, you cannot get online all of the print information collected in Nevada's Law Libraries.   The laws and practices regarding judicial acceptance of internet documentation remain unsettled.  Depending on many factors, you may not be able to rely in court on any of the electronic publications listed here.  Additional items beyond an Internet Browser, Windows access, and a fast modem on a personal computer are necessary to access all of the materials listed here: 1) telnet software, 2) LEXIS and/or WESTLAW subscriptions, 3) software to "unzip" zipped files, 4) a wordprocessing program and 5) some disk space on your personal computer.
