The HAAP program (HIV/AIDS Assistance Project) is a program offering legal advice, counsel and representation to low income individuals who suffer from HIV or AIDS.
Low income individuals who are suffering from HIV or AIDS who face legal problems may receive assistance with eviction, landlord/tenant issues, social security benefits denials, estate planning, collections and debt resolution and referral to other informative community service organizations.
